Annual Membership "Plan Policy"

This Annual Membership is non-refundable and is designed for members to have special perks, including access to new products first, have order priority, have access to our research and education programs, and increase customer discounts over time. This plan may be modified at any time.

First Access

​

3One Farms will allow those who purchase the Annual Membership special access to new products first, before promoting the item(s) on our website, social media platforms, physical locations, or any other place. Please note that we cannot control information spread by word-of-mouth.

Order Priority

​

3One Farms will allow those who purchase the Annual Membership special status of getting their order(s) moved to the front of the line and fulfilled first. If multiple Members call at once, the member who called first will receive their order first; the member who called second will receive their order second; third, third; etc.

​

This also comes with the acknowledgement that this will be done only if we are on location to physically fulfill order, i.e., not out of town, etc., and that we have the product(s) available and in stock, including all ingredients, etc. If we do not have product(s) in stock, we will do our best to prevent order(s) from being placed.

Research Access

​

3One Farms will allow those who purchase the Annual Membership special status of viewing the notes, and whatever else we decide along the way, from the research conducted at 3One Farms. Please note that this perk is constantly being modified.

Please understand that the results we get at 3One Farms do not guarantee that you will receive similar results, as there are many factors that go into growing plants, vegetables, flowers, etc.

This research perk also includes suggestions from our members. For example, if a member has a curiosity about a certain flower and doesn’t really want to waste time and money trying to grow from seed and figuring out conditions for optimal growth, then members can make their request to 3One Farms, to which we will attempt to grow it ourselves and provide you with the information desired. However, 3One Farms is not bound to any request and ultimately has the final say on whether we will or will not pursue any curiosities presented to us.

Education Access

​

3One Farms will allow those who purchase the Annual Membership special access to our education program. This program is designed to talk about methodologies, science, techniques, and different topics that one might find us engaged with at any time on the farm. It is designed to provide an overview of practices but also may venture off into topics that 3One Farms might not necessarily engage with on the farm but are nonetheless educational.

Please understand that this education perk is constantly being modified and 3One Farms is not bound to meet a certain quota of information by any point in time. Members may also suggest certain topics be covered, to which 3One Farms will consider, but 3One Farms is not bound to cover any topics suggested by members.

Discounts

​

3One Farms will allow those who purchase the Annual Membership to receive discounts that begin with a 10% discount in year one (1) and mature to a 20% discount in year five (5):

 

 - year 1 (10%)

 - year 2 (12%)

 - year 3 (14%)

 - year 4 (17%)

 - year 5 (20%)

 

If entering into a successive year, e.g., from year 1 (10% discount) to year 2 (12% discount), annual membership must be paid prior to the purchase of any 3One Farms’ products to receive the more mature discount. The date at which a more mature discount is qualified is the original date the Annual Membership was purchased.

This discount applies to all current and future products.

Conclusion

​

The perks described previously are meant to benefit our members and to provide a unique experience that one might not find anywhere else. It is our hope that our members will not share information that they have access to in our research and education areas with anybody who is not a member. Ultimately, we cannot control this. 3One Farms is built on integrity and we hope that those using our site will act with integrity as well.

​

If recurring payment of the Annual Membership is not made, i.e., customers who are in their successive years after their original purchase date (one-year mark, two-year mark, etc.), then customers risk losing their Annual Membership and all the perks that go with it.

​

This membership is designed to be $75 for first-year members, which will renew at $100 thereafter. Note that once year-five is attained, the discounts cease to go higher (unless modified by 3One Farms), but the annual membership will continue at $100 indefinitely. Although non-refundable once purchase is made, this plan can be cancelled at any time.

​

3One Farms reserves the right to raise and lower prices as they choose.
